The firm was established by Lior Ben Dov in 2016, and deals with residential planning, city planning and public buildings with an emphasis on saturated construction, construction additions and preservation.

 

We specialize in licensing and construction planning processes in the city of Tel Aviv-Yafo, based on a deep knowledge of the law and regulations, licensing processes and municipal policy. This familiarity stems from over 10 years of practical experience in planning projects throughout the city - starting from the Ever Yarkon neighborhoods, the regenerating districts 3-6 and the heart of the city, Kerem Hatimen and Neve Tzedek to the southern neighborhoods of Shapira and Kiryat Shalom. We have a special fondness for planning in the southern area of the city from an ecological and social point of view that strives for high-quality and flexible urban renewal while providing the opportunity for prosperity for all types of the population.

 

We plan out of a real desire as well as to influence and improve the built environment. The planning process begins with the analysis of the site and its urban contexts with an emphasis on aspects of climate, society, existing construction and future planning. We study the character of the street and the population and approach planning only after a deep understanding of the framework in which we work. The location of the building on the lot in relation to the street, the way the built masses, spaces and balconies are planned are the ones that should allow the building to realize its function and potential contribution to the city.
